You Have All The Time In The World

Imagine for a moment that was true...you have all the time in the world. Feel the stress and tension lift away. Now add, "All is well." These statements, if you're open to them, will give you a sense of relief, and add to your peace of mind. This lowers your  stress, increases your heart rate efficiency, and improves your breathing. And these physical benefits will open your heart to compassion and allow your mind to move closer to its natural mode of brilliant appreciation.

Now let's play around with time for a moment. After all, time can fly, or drag, or stand still...right? All of that has to do with your subjective experience, so you have some creative choice in how you relate to time. Here's what I suggest (these will sound familiar): Have a good time. Savor the moment. Seize the day. Live in the precious present. Count your blessings. Practice the art of appreciating now. Now is the time. It's your time to shine. It's play time. Break time. Me time. Family time. Fun time. Good times. Right on time. Everything works out over time. Time heals all wounds. Time is on your side. Be a friend to time, in how you think of it as you go through your day, and it will be a friend to you. When you slow down inside, you'll speed up outside...meaning, the more relaxed and easy you are about your life, getting things done, creating joy and love, the faster it will all happen for you. Try it. It's about time. Enjoy these
kids' first time moments!

Moments Of Pure Joy & Fun

Spread joy everywhere you go. What if you knew for sure that would make you happier, healthier and more successful in everything you do? Well, all evidence leads to exactly that conclusion. This fun and funny video called "Spread Joy All Over The World" is guaranteed to bring a smile. As goofy as that video is, it actually is a fairly accurate picture of how it works when you decide to spread joy for its own sake. Don't wait until you have a reason...you already have one. The reason to spread joy is that joy is who you are at your best, joy is good for your body and mind, and this world needs as much joy as you can possibly muster. Recent research out of Canada has shown that listening to new music (that you like) greatly enhances happiness, even competing with the pleasure of good food and sex. So, here's some new music for you, in the form of a music video that is sure to tickle your fancy (even though it's a breakup song). Don't miss it...it's 5 people playing one guitar, with incredible vocal performances. Now take a flying leap into pure joy with this Baby & Me video...lots of fun! Did you know there is an International Pillow Fight Day? Well, there is...watch the fun happening in New York City.

Regularly tapping into the wellspring of joy in your heart and soul will make you more powerful and effective in everything you do. Life for the optimist still brings challenge, and optimism is a much better way of meeting challenge. As you start each day, read these 7 positive things to say to yourself, and your day will be better for it.

Amazing People, Beauty & Sharing

Get ready for some inspiring and uplifting videos! Since Mother's Day is coming up, let's start with a tribute to moms--this is an absolutely beautiful and touching video. And while we're honoring women, watch this video about beauty and how you see yourself, and this "dancing queen" who dances like no one is watching. And here is one father who will never question the strength of his daughters...who lifted a 3000 pound tractor off him to save his life. If getting old ever gets you down, get inspiration from Ben Shaw, who at 73 is still playing hockey. He is a great example of what this article is about..."old age is simply a state of mind."

Now get inspired by these great people doing great things, such as the animal rescue team Pilots N Paws, and actor Wendell Pierce's grocery store chain designed to meet specific community needs for folks who have trouble getting fresh produce. You'll also enjoy learning about Super Sharers, innovators who love to share, and actually make a living by sharing. Now hang onto your hat, and discover Ben Underwood, a totally blind young man who can "see with sound." And meet Koko the therapy dog, a family of drummers (very funny), and an impromptu subway performance by singer Michael Buble and friends. In joy!

"And I loved the whole idea behind the story, which is that you're beautiful, so don't let other people tell you that you're not just because you don't look like the people in magazines.
"
