Become An Inspired Creator

Whether you realize it or not, you are creating and re-creating your own life experience all day, every day. Your brilliant mind is always focusing on past, present and future, doing its best to avoid what you don't want and get more of what you do want. The huge, earth-shaking awareness that is coming to many bright people like you is that what you pay attention to grows, and if you let your fear-mind focus too intensely on what you don't want, you will get more of that. Likewise, (and this is the rest of the earth-shaking awareness), when you let your faith, hope and optimism intelligently guide you to focus on what you do want, you get more and more of that.


If you're not paying attention to your mental focus, you will unintentionally create exactly what you do not want in your life.

When you slowly, patiently, lovingly coax your attention to what is good, right and working...to the many small and magnificent blessings that are right here, all of the time, you will become not just a powerful creator, but a creator of goodness, beauty and well being.

Keep Your Good Mood Good

You love to feel good, and I'm sure you would like to feel good more of the time. How would you like to make those good moods last longer and longer? You can do exactly that, especially when you decide that you're  worth it. The key to keeping that good mood going is self love.



Learning to love yourself is not something you do once and you're done. It's an ongoing process and practice of caring for your own body, mind and spirit. As the chart above suggests, the more you love yourself, the more you're motivated to care for yourself, and the better your mood will  be. This is actually the most practical thing you could do with your time and energy. It's as logical as maintaining your home and your vehicle.
