Your Love Defines You And Aligns You
Love is who you are. So when you focus on what you love most in life, it reminds you of who you are and what matters most to you. A great journaling exercise is to simply write, "I love..." and finish that as many ways as you can. Start with yourself, and scan your body, focusing on every aspect and function that you appreciate and would miss if it were gone. Then love your mind and your excellent memory (read this if you don't realize your memory is excellent). Now, continue writing, "I love..." and focus on your material possessions, your pets, your loved ones near and far. The longer and more frequently you do this, the greater the benefit will be.

Now shift to the natural environment, and write, "I love sunsets, trees blowing in the breeze, and the smell of fresh flowers blooming." Keep going, and even include thoughts like, "I love all of the good people all over the world, who are working diligently right now to make this world a better place for all of us." Be creative in coming up with what you love. You'll find that your love is deeper, wider and stronger than you may have known. This is a great way to start your day, every day. Now watch this Love Signs In New Orleans video, and this great love affair between a three-year-old child and an 89-year-old WWII veteran. Select the image below for more happy, uplifting videos.
